At ACAJU, we want your home to be your sanctuary; therefore, we offer a 30-day return window for all furniture and decor items to ensure your complete satisfaction. All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your ACAJU account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our customer concierge team with your order number to receive a Return Authorization.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Carefully disassemble the item if necessary and place it back in its original protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Schedule a Pickup
For large furniture items, we will coordinate a white-glove pickup service; for smaller decor pieces, simply attach the provided prepaid shipping label and drop it at any authorized courier location.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
